Microsoft Technical Specialist

 

This position will provide technical support to customers. Duties will include: providing support and communicating with customers, conduct computer diagnostics to determine nature of problems; evaluate computer system user requests and requirements; maintain or repair computers or related equipment; perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment install computer programs; write basic computer software, programs, or code program computers using existing software; test computer programs or systems

 

Recommended Skills:
- Customer communication skills
- Windows Server (2003 & 2008) & Desktop (XP, Vista, 7) experience
- MS Active Directory & Exchange
- Wide Area Networking
- TCP/IP networking
- Certifications in Microsoft, Citrix, Cisco and or VMWare a plus.

 

Requirements:
College degree or relevant work experience in networks, technology systems or similar.
