Seeking a Cisco VoIP Technician who has at least two (2) years Cisco VoIP and networking experience.

Must have working knowledge of:

- Cisco Call Manager and Call Manager Express
- Cisco Unified Messaging
- Microsoft Exchange integration
- General networking knowledge - TCP/IP, Ethernet, LAN, WAN, IP, Routers
- Telephony Protocols and Interfaces, T-1,E-1, PRI, QSIG and Analog Trunking
- Cisco Router and Switch Technology

Experience with Cisco Universal Gateway routers and videoconferencing a plus.

The VoIP NOC technician will be responsible for assisting internal and external customers in system diagnostics and resolution of technical problems, system outages and maintenance. There will be an emphasis on VoIP technology and networks with a need for strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

This position requires a basic knowledge of voice telecommunications and traffic as well as a working knowledge of core network infrastructure and TCP/IP networking. Professional telephone skills, etiquette, and communication skills are a must.

Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and tracking of system functionality
- System Maintenance / Upgrades
- Processing helpdesk tickets
- Supporting customer VoIP installations
- Communicating with customers, vendors, partners, and Telco carriers.
