QMail is the administrative tool you will use to create email accounts, forwards and alias. You can access this from either your 5Nines management portal or by going here http://qmailadmin2.5ninesdata.com To log in you'll need need the mail password assigned to you by 5Nines Data.

Once logged in you'll be able to create, delete and manage your email accounts and mailing lists.
